Holiday house 1887 is located in the small Istrian town of Butori in the interior of Istria, not far from Tinjan, which is only 15 km from Poreč and the beach. The semi-detached property is located on its own garden of 3800 m2 with a well-kept lawn, where guests can use a parking lot for several vehicles, a private swimming pool of 28 m2 with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and a brick grill. On the spacious lawn there is also table tennis, a swing, a volleyball net and a basket for basketball. The tenant lives in the left half of the house, which is completely separated from the rental part. Pets are welcome.
