Holiday house 1887 is located in the small Istrian town of Butori in the interior of Istria, not far from Tinjan, which is only 15 km from Poreč and the beach. The semi-detached property is located on its own garden of 3800 m2 with a well-kept lawn, where guests can use a parking lot for several vehicles, a private swimming pool of 28 m2 with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and a brick grill. On the spacious lawn there is also table tennis, a swing, a volleyball net and a basket for basketball. The tenant lives in the left half of the house, which is completely separated from the rental part. The house provides accommodation for 10-12 people on a total area of 160m2 on two floors. It consists of a ground floor with an apartment for 4-5 people, a separate bedroom with its own bathroom, and an apartment on the first floor for 4-5 people. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, one bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower/toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. In front of the apartment is a terrace with seating. On the ground floor, next to the pool, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a separate entrance. On the first floor of the house is the second apartment, which consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet in which there is a washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet access. Pets are welcome.
